Frequently Asked Questions:

Are you insured?

I'm currently in the process of obtaining professional pet sitter's liability insurance. If you have specific concerns in the meantime, I'm happy to talk through them directly. Just ask in your booking inquiry.

Do you offer a free meet-and-greet?

Yes, always. Before any first booking, I come by so your pet can meet me on their own turf with no pressure. It's a chance for you to ask questions, show me the routine, and make sure it's a good fit.

Do you walk multiple dogs at the same time?

Only in two situations: the dogs are from the same household, or they have an established walking relationship and have been together before. I won't put unfamiliar dogs together on a walk, full stop.

What if my pet has a medical issue or needs medication?

Tell me at the meet-and-greet, and we'll go over it together. I'm comfortable with basic medication administration: pills, eye drops, topicals. For anything more complex, we'll talk through it and decide if I'm the right fit for your pet's specific needs.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours notice for single visits when possible. For overnight bookings, especially around holidays, earlier notice helps me plan. Reach out and we'll work something out.

Do you care for cats and small pets, or just dogs?

II care for dogs, cats, and most small pets: rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish. I'm also a cat owner, so cats are very much welcome.

What areas do you cover?

I'm based in Brook Forest and serve the Clear Lake, NASA Area, and Webster areas. If you're unsure whether you're in range, drop your zip code in the booking form and I'll let you know.

What if my question isn't covered in this list?

Don't see your question here? Ask me directly through the booking form.
